According to which rules we work<\/strong>
\nWe are lawyers and tax consultants authorised to practise in the Federal Republic of Germany. We practise our profession on the basis of the following regulations and laws, among others the Federal Lawyers' Act ( BRAO ) the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers ( BORA ) and the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers in the European Community ( BRRA-EG ) the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers in the European Union the Anti-Money Laundering Act the Specialist Lawyers' Act (we do not hold the title of specialist lawyer). The respective texts can be viewed on the website of the German Federal Bar Association<\/a> and will also be sent to you in electronic form upon request.<\/p>\n

In addition to the legal regulations, we would like to point out our general terms and conditions of mandate, according to which we work and which we agree with you.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, on May 17, 2010, the Service Information Obligations Ordinance (DL-InfoV) came into force on the basis of the ordinance authorization in \u00a7 6c GewO of the implementation of the Services Directive in the European Union (Directive 2006\/123\/EC of 12.12.2007) on services in the internal market (OJ L 376 of 27.12.2006, p. 36). This also applies to our activities. We have compiled the mandatory information required in this respect in our information sheet.<\/p>\n

Costs of our work
\n<\/strong>The fees arising from our work are calculated on the basis of the Federal Lawyers' Fees Regulations<\/a> ( BRAGO ) for mandates before 01.07.2004 and the Lawyers' Fees Act<\/a> ( RVG ) for mandates after 01.07.2004.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Admission to German Courts<\/strong>
\nIn our capacity as attorneys, we appear before all local, regional and higher regional courts as well as the Federal Social Court and the Federal Labor Court throughout Germany.<\/p>\n

Professional liability insurance<\/strong>
\nWe have taken out professional liability insurance in excess of the statutory minimum cover of \u20ac 250,000 in accordance with Section 51 BRAGO to protect us against possible damages arising as a result of our advice. This provides cover for our clients in the event of damage resulting from an advisory error.<\/p>\n
